The location was perfect, at a walking distance from Upside Down Museum. I asked for deluxe king room, it was brand-new and good quality.

Lovely welcoming hotel with an efficient staff and a roof top bar. Fantastic location, marvellous breakfast with numerous made-to order local specialties. Location very close to restaurants and shopping, and also the Komtar bus depot where most of the buses go through. Besides, easy access to George Town.

The breakfast was generous and with free popcorn, reasonably priced. The staff were attentive, and the services were exceptional. The location was nice, you can visit George Town by walking.
Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Rooms are well-appointed and extremely pleasant with 2 king size beds, modern design, a view towards Komtar, food is good. 19 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to all tourist spots.
As we remember, there was no pool.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many world heritage attractions within walking distance. You can easily explore the Georgetown sites and enjoy the local food shops nearby. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer care. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities that meet all your needs. The air-conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The wifi could be faster, which is a small inconvenience to consider.

It was very nice stay, I really enjoyed awesome food.
I was there for 7 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. I had an electric kettle, a personal safe and air conditioner, exceptionally comfortable bed. It had particularly good and stunning location really close to large shopping mall, street eateries, good pubs and restaurants, and the main areas of George Town and also the Komtar bus depot where most of the buses go through.
